Nonchalant (Adj.) :

Definition: To be nonchalant includes acting unexcited, and not showing any significant amount of joy, despair, etc. in any given situation. Additionally, nonchalance can mean that an individual is indifferent, not taking sides or forcefully supporting opinions or beliefs, instead deciding to remain somewhat separated from his/her predicament. Finally, acting nonchalant entails a degree of casualness, not caring very much about surroundings or duties and instead acting in a very relaxed, calm, unconcerned manner.
